Refund Policy
We offer worry-free registration - if you cannot make the event, you can transfer your registration to whomever you like at no additional charge. Any transfers must be completed by July 23rd, 2025.
If you cannot make the event and do not want to transfer your registration, we will refund* anyone in full for any reason up to 90 days out (so April 26, 2025). After that time, we will offer a pro-rated refund based on the proximity to the event date:
90+ days out - 100% refund
60-89 days out - 75% refund
15-59 days out - 50% refund
0-14 days out - no refunds; registrations can still be transferred up to 8 days out (through July 23, 2025)
*no refunds on service fees or donations
